Within one business day of your initial contact with DADvocacy by phone or through this site, you will be contacted by a DADvocacy paralegal. Rest assured that our paralegals are bilingual, extremely well trained, and can ask you the questions needed to assess your case. They hold all that you tell them in confidence, and communicate your needs only with DADvocacy attorney Chantale Suttle. After that, your case will be priced and conflict checked by the DADvocacy paralegal, to make sure that Chantale can handle your case. You will be given an in-person or telephone appointment for consultation with Chantale. If your case has been set for hearing, and it’s coming up soon, that appointment usually occurs within the same business day. For other cases, the appointment takes place within the next week. Payment in full is expected before filing of any documents on your behalf.
