Smart changes to child support enforcement in Ohio

The State of Ohio has passed some smart legislation to ensure that that enforcement mechanisms don’t end up working backwards, and hurting families instead. In 2011, the Ohio legislature tweaked its DL suspension program, that ensures the license is not suspended when an obligor is meeting at least half of his court ordered obligation.
