I Have a UCD Hearing, What Happens There and What Do I Bring?

At the time of the final hearing, you will be asked a series of questions from either the Judge or your attorney, depending on the manner in which the Judge opts to conduct the final hearing. If the matter is a paternity case, you will be asked about your acknowledgment of paternity as well. The hearing last less than five minutes, and many other cases will likely be scheduled for the same time slot.
